Parcel shipping is the end of the chain, where promises are kept or broken. ShipHugo packs, labels and hands over your shipments itself — from Switzerland for Swiss shipping and from the EU for EU shipping. Which carrier moves a parcel is decided by the destination, not by a blanket contract: Swiss Post for domestic, FedEx, UPS or DHL for Europe and the world. The rate is visible up front, not afterwards on the invoice.

We supply Swiss recipients from Switzerland and EU recipients from the EU. That means no customs clearance for shipments within the EU, and your German and European customers get domestic delivery times instead of cross-border waiting.
For every destination we pick the carrier that delivers there most reliably and most affordably: Swiss Post for domestic shipping, FedEx, UPS and DHL for the EU and international. How a shipment works with us
Order comes in
Your shop or ERP hands the order to our system, and the order appears in the control center right away.
Pick & Pack
We pick cleanly by item, check the quantity and pack securely, at a fixed rate per order for the first item.
Carrier & Label
The system picks the right carrier for the destination and prints the shipping label and documents at a fixed rate per shipment.
Handover & Tracking
Handover to the carrier happens the same day, and the tracking number flows back to you and your customer.
Turnaround and accuracy
On average, a parcel leaves our fulfillment locations 1.2 days after the order comes in, 99.4 percent of them within the promised window. Inventory matches the system 99.7 percent of the time, so there are hardly any cancellations for stock that looked available but wasn't.
Every shipment is traceable in the control center: status, carrier, cost and tracking number in real time. You see not just that something shipped, but with what, when and at what price.
Pricing without surprises
Pick & Pack starts at a fixed rate per order for the first item, each additional item adds a small rate, and heavy shipments over 15 kg cost a little more. Label and document printing sit at a fixed rate per shipment. The pure transport cost comes straight from the carrier and is shown in the rate calculator, with no markup from us.
There's no minimum volume and no forced term. You pay for what you ship, and you see every line item separately on the invoice.

Which warehouse does my parcel ship from?
We supply Swiss recipients from Switzerland and EU recipients from the EU. The system picks the location automatically by delivery address, so EU shipments run without customs clearance.
Can I use my own carrier account?
As a rule, we ship via our connected carriers (Swiss Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL) at the rates from the calculator. We review your own carrier accounts individually during onboarding.
How fast does an order leave the warehouse?
On average 1.2 days after the order comes in, 99.4 percent within the promised window. Orders placed before the cut-off are handed to the carrier the same day.
