Retail
Fulfillment

We deliver to your stores, large retailers and trade partners on time and to their delivery rules, from our fulfillment locations in Switzerland, the EU and the US.

Retail fulfillment is different from e-commerce: here what counts is fixed delivery windows, correct palletizing and cartonization, complete delivery paperwork and each retail chain's delivery rules. ShipHugo picks, packs and ships your goods to stores and trade partners in Switzerland and the EU, with live data on inventory and shipments and honest per-line-item billing. That way your deliveries hit the time window without rejections at the loading dock.

Store delivery to retail rules

Every retail chain has its own requirements: delivery time windows, advance notice, pallet heights, NVE/SSCC labels, delivery-note format and, in some cases, EDI. We map these specifications per recipient in our system, so that every shipment to your stores or to the distributors' central warehouses arrives exactly as the recipient requires.

From Switzerland we supply Swiss retail via Swiss Post and freight partners, and from the EU the German and EU retail. Whether your goods arrive as single-SKU or mixed deliveries, we book goods-in after checking (single-SKU is simpler, mixed deliveries a bit more involved), so that store replenishment runs on clean, reconciled inventory.

How a retail order works with us

  1. Set up the delivery profile

For each trade partner we capture delivery windows, labeling, cartonization and palletizing specifications, plus the required documents.

  2. Pick and pack

We pick by store or by order, pack to retail standards and print the delivery note and shipping labels.

  3. Notify and ship

We give the recipient advance notice of the shipment, hand it over to the right carrier or freight forwarder and keep to the agreed time window.

  4. Confirm and track

You see status, tracking and goods-receipt confirmation live in the control center, including an alert when there are discrepancies at the loading dock.

B2B retail and cross-border CH and EU

If you ship from Switzerland to German or European trade partners, we take care of the cross-border side: export from Switzerland, import into the EU, VAT handling and the customary accompanying documents. We pre-stock goods for EU retail in the EU, so your distributors are supplied without customs at the border and with a short lead time.

In mixed models where you deliver both to stores and directly to end customers, both flows run off the same inventory. That avoids duplicate warehousing and gives you a single, real-time reconciled inventory value for retail and online.

Transparent terms with no minimum volume

You pay for what you use: storage on a shelf bin or pallet spaces, picking per order and per item, heavy line items over 15 kg with a surcharge. Plus a monthly system and support fee and a one-time onboarding. There's no minimum volume and no forced term — you can scale seasonal retail peaks without slipping into a volume commitment.

Do you deliver to stores in Switzerland and the EU?

Yes. Swiss retail is supplied from Switzerland, German and EU retail from the EU. For cross-border deliveries we handle export, import and VAT handling.
