How long does onboarding take?
Standard shops are usually live within two to four weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of your product range, the integrations and the inventory handover.
Which shop systems do you connect to?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL, Amazon, and via middleware practically every common system. More on our Integrations page.
Is there a minimum volume or a minimum term?
No. We work without a forced minimum term. Volume discounts are available depending on volume.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes. From our fulfillment locations in Switzerland, the EU and the USA we ship to Switzerland, the EU, the USA and worldwide. Cross-border into Switzerland is one of our specialties.
How transparent is your pricing?
You pay for services you can trace: warehousing, Pick & Pack, shipping and returns, every line item clearly itemized. There are no hidden peak surcharges or minimum purchase requirements.
How does returns management work?
Returns are scanned on arrival, inspected and, depending on their condition, put back into stock or refurbished, with a real-time update to your shop. Speed is our most important lever here.
Can I see my inventory in real time?
Yes. Inventory, shipments, returns and costs are viewable live at any time, no asking around, no Excel.
What happens during peak season and Black Friday?
We plan capacity and staffing in advance based on your forecast. We clarify goods-in deadlines and carrier capacities weeks ahead, so your year-end business runs smoothly.
How do I switch from my current provider?
With a 30-60-90-day plan. Your shipping processes are paused for at most one business day, so we migrate inventory and processes without any loss in revenue. Details in the blog post on switching providers.
