Fashion has more SKUs than you think
A single T-shirt style in five sizes and four colors is already 20 stock items that each have to be counted, stored and picked individually. We treat every variant as its own SKU with its own storage location, so your inventory is accurate per size and color and not just roughly right at the style level.
At goods-in, we record single-SKU deliveries at a fixed rate per delivery — mixed deliveries take a little more work — check quantities against the advance notice, and flag any discrepancies before the goods are put into storage. Mislabeled sizes or missing pieces show up right away, not only at the first customer shipment.

Orders are picked at a per-order rate for the first item and a small rate for each additional item, then packed and shipped via the rate calculator.
Return & restocking
We inspect returns at a fixed rate per return, and flawless goods usually go back into sellable inventory within a day.
Returns decide your margin
In fashion, the return is part of the business, not the exception. Across all customers our return rate is 1.9%, and what matters is how fast an inspected return is sellable again. Every day an item is stuck in the returns process is a day the size shows as sold out online, even though it's physically in the building.
We check every return for condition, completeness and label, book flawless goods straight back into inventory, and set aside B-stock or defects separately. Returns inspection is charged at a fixed rate per return — transparent and with no flat fees billed regardless of the actual effort.
Cross-border: close to your market
Fashion brands rarely sell only in their home country. From Switzerland we serve the Swiss market with Swiss Post; from the EU we handle EU shipping with DHL, UPS and FedEx. We handle cross-border shipments between Switzerland and the EU including customs and VAT, so your customers in Germany aren't surprised by import fees.
