Omnichannel
Fulfillment

We handle all your sales channels from a single inventory, from your web store through marketplaces to B2B and retail.

You sell through your own store, through Amazon and Zalando, supply resellers and maybe stock your own shop shelf as well. ShipHugo brings all these channels together into one shared inventory, picks and ships every order from the same warehouse, and keeps available quantities in sync across every platform. One item, one inventory, every order in the right place.

More solutions

One inventory that stays right across every channel

Separate stock per channel leads to overselling, cancellations and frustration. At ShipHugo your goods sit physically in one place and are managed logically as one pool across every connected channel. Every outgoing order reduces available inventory instantly, so your store and your marketplaces never sell more than what's actually on the shelf.

Inventory accuracy runs at 99.7 percent, because inbound and outbound movements are scanned and booked in real time. In the control center you can see at any time what sits at which location, what's reserved and what needs reordering, without reconciling multiple stock spreadsheets.

How we connect your channels

  1. Connect your channels

We link your web store (Shopify, WooCommerce and more) and marketplaces via integrations, so orders come in to us automatically.

  2. Store and consolidate inventory

Your goods arrive at goods-in sorted by type or mixed, get scanned and are managed as one shared inventory across all channels.

  3. Pick to each channel's rules

Every order is packed to the rules of its channel, whether a B2C parcel, a marketplace requirement or a palletized B2B delivery.

  4. Ship and report back

We ship via the right carrier, push tracking and inventory changes back to the channel, and book returns back into stock.

B2C and B2B from the same warehouse

Omnichannel isn't just end-customer parcels. In the same run we handle individual B2C shipments and larger B2B orders with their own requirements, such as palletized deliveries, delivery notes, single-SKU units or retail-compliant labeling. Pick & pack is billed per order for the first item and each additional item, heavier shipments at a slightly higher rate, label and document printing per unit.

For cross-border selling from Switzerland to Germany and the EU, we handle customs and VAT matters and ship EU orders directly from the EU. That keeps shipping fast for your EU customers and free of customs surprises, while Swiss orders run domestically via Swiss Post.

Transparent billing instead of per-channel surcharges

You pay per transaction, not per channel. Warehousing runs on a shelf bin at a fixed monthly rate or on pallet spaces at a fixed monthly rate, plus a system and support fee at a fixed monthly rate. There's no minimum volume and no forced term: seasonal peaks on one channel or a new marketplace show up directly in the pick, pack and shipping costs actually incurred, not in flat fees.

FAQCommon questions

Questions about omnichannel fulfillment

Which sales channels can I connect?

Your own web store (Shopify, WooCommerce and more), common marketplaces, plus B2B and retail supply. They all run on the same inventory: we ship Swiss orders from Switzerland and EU orders from the EU.

How do you prevent overselling when several channels sell at the same time?

Your goods sit physically in one place and are managed logically as a single inventory. Every order reduces available inventory instantly, so no channel sells quantities that are already reserved elsewhere.

Can B2C parcels and B2B deliveries really come from the same warehouse?

Yes. We pick single parcels and palletized B2B orders from the same inventory and pack every order to the rules of its channel, including delivery notes and retail-compliant labeling.

Does every additional channel cost extra?

No. You pay per transaction (warehousing, pick & pack, shipping) plus the system and support fee at a fixed monthly rate. There's no minimum volume and no per-channel surcharge.
