We handle the complete physical process from goods-in to the finished delivery to your business customers. This includes single-SKU and mixed goods-in, storage on shelf bins or pallet spaces, picking by order list, palletizing including load securing and shipping via the right carriers or by less-than-truckload.

How a B2B order moves through our control center

  1. Order comes in

    Orders reach us via an interface (shop system, ERP, EDI) or as an upload, and land directly in the order queue in the warehouse.

  2. Picking and inspection

    The goods are picked by order list, checked for completeness and fitted with a delivery note and the required labels.

  3. Palletizing or packing

    Depending on the volume, we pick onto a pallet with load securing or as a carton shipment, including document and label printing.

  4. Shipping and notification

    We book a carrier or less-than-truckload, give advance notice of the delivery window where required and report the status back to your live overview.

Cross-border Switzerland <-> EU without customs stress

Anyone shipping from Switzerland to German or EU business customers needs clean customs and VAT handling. We ship domestic orders from Switzerland and EU orders from the EU, so your buyers in the EU are supplied intra-community, without import hurdles on every shipment.

For direct shipments across the border we create the necessary export and import documents and use FedEx, UPS and DHL for the EU and worldwide. Our fulfillment locations in Switzerland, the EU and the USA shorten the routes to your markets.

Transparent billing instead of flat rates

You pay for what actually accrues: storage on shelf bins or pallet spaces at a fixed monthly rate, picking per order for the first item and a small rate for each additional item, single-SKU goods-in at a fixed rate per delivery, mixed deliveries a bit more involved. Shipping runs through the rate calculator with real carrier rates. Every line item is shown transparently, there is no minimum volume and no forced term.

Does ShipHugo also deliver to stores with fixed delivery time windows?

Yes. We give advance notice of delivery dates and deliver within the delivery windows specified by your buyers, by pallet or less-than-truckload, in Switzerland and in the EU.

Can you process our ERP or EDI orders directly?

Orders reach us via an interface to your shop or ERP as well as by EDI and flow into our order queue without a manual intermediate step. Special data formats we clarify during onboarding for a one-time setup fee.

How is shipping from Switzerland to EU business customers handled?

We prefer to ship EU orders from the EU, so your buyers are supplied intra-community. For direct shipments across the border we create the necessary customs documents.

Is there a minimum volume for B2B customers?
