What we handle for your online shop

You send us your goods, we book them in single-SKU or mixed (single-SKU goods-in at a fixed rate per delivery, mixed deliveries a bit more involved) and put them into storage: on shelf bins or pallet spaces, each at a fixed monthly rate. From the moment the goods are booked, they are visible in your inventory and ready to ship.

Every order from your shop is picked and packed by us. Pick & Pack bills per order for the first item, with a small rate for each additional item and a surcharge for shipments over 15 kg. Shipping runs through the rate calculator: Swiss Post domestically, FedEx, UPS and DHL for the EU and worldwide.

How an order moves through

  1. Order comes in

    Your shop transmits the order to our system, it appears immediately in the control center and goes into picking.

  2. Picking and inspection

    We pick the items from the warehouse and check quantity and condition before packing, at 99.7% inventory accuracy.

  3. Packing and franking

    We pack ready for shipping and print shipping labels and accompanying documents (document printing at a fixed rate per document).

  4. Shipping and tracking

    The shipment goes out with the right carrier, and you and your customer receive the tracking number automatically.

Connecting your shop

Your shop system is connected to our control center, so orders, inventory and shipping status flow automatically. Setup runs through a one-time onboarding, after which operations and support are billed at a fixed monthly flat rate. During onboarding we sync your item master, define packaging specifications and set shipping rules per country.

You keep full visibility: inventory in real time, every shipment with status, every line item traceable down to the billing. What you see is what gets billed, with no surcharges in the fine print.

Returns without friction

We take in returns, check their condition and book sellable goods straight back into your inventory. We bill returns handling at a fixed rate per return. With an average return rate of 1.9% in our operation, the flow back stays manageable and predictable, and your available inventory is correct again as soon as the goods have been checked.

No. There is no minimum volume and no forced term. You pay for storage, Pick & Pack and shipping as they actually accrue, plus the fixed monthly system and support fee.

Which shipping options does ShipHugo offer?
