At ShipHugo we grab every item scan-guided, check quantity and variant against the order, and fully assemble more complex configurations like gift sets, starter boxes or multi-part products. That way only correct, complete shipments leave our fulfillment locations in Switzerland, the EU and the USA.
Scan-guided picking, not guesswork
Every pick is confirmed in the warehouse management system: scan the item, record the quantity, deduct it from the bin location. The system routes our team through the warehouse on the most efficient path and prevents mispicks before they happen. The result is 99.7% inventory accuracy and a return rate of 1.9%, because incorrectly picked items essentially never reach the customer in the first place.

Assembly and set-building right at the bin location
Many products sell as a bundle, not as a single part. From your components we assemble finished sales units: gift sets, sampler boxes, display stands, devices with accessories or multi-part items that need to be configured before shipping. We handle these value-added services (VAS) at the bin location, so the finished unit is tracked as a single inventory item and is ready to ship right away.
Components and finished sets are tracked separately in inventory. That way you always know how many individual parts are still available and how many assembled units are ready, without having to reconcile two systems.

Assembly and set-building we calculate by effort per operation and set the rate before we start, not after the fact. No minimum volume, no forced term, no hidden fees.
