Every shipment is picked with scanner guidance, cross-checked and neatly packed. With a quality check at goods-in — so the recipient receives exactly what was ordered.
As soon as an order comes in through your shop, it flows automatically into picking at ShipHugo. Our team picks the items with scanner guidance from our fulfillment locations, packs them securely for shipping and hands them to the carrier the same day. You see every step live in the control center, from reserving inventory to the tracking number.
Picking with scanner guidance
Every pick is checked against inventory with a barcode scan. If someone reaches for the wrong item or the wrong batch, the system flags the error immediately, before the order leaves the warehouse. That's how we reach an inventory accuracy of 99.7% and a return rate of 1.9%.
Rush orders and standard orders run in separate waves. Orders that come in by the daily cut-off leave the warehouse the same business day. The average turnaround from arrival to handover to the carrier is 1.2 days.

Packing that fits your goods
We pack so the goods arrive safely and shipping doesn't cost more than it has to. The box size follows the contents and weight; heavy goods over 15 kg we handle under a separate tariff at a fixed rate per order. Inserts, flyers or custom packaging in your brand's look — we handle it on request.
For items over 15 kg, bulky shipments or special packing requirements, we go over the details with you before we start, so every order is packed the same way, every time.
Billing per order, no flat fees
You only pay for what we actually touch. Pick & Pack bills per order for the first item; every additional item in the same parcel is added at a small rate. Label and document printing come in at a low rate. No minimum volume, no forced term, no hidden fees. The shipping rates themselves run separately through the rate calculator.
