All locations, one inventory
In Switzerland we store goods for Swiss domestic shipping and for Swiss goods-in. From the EU we cover shipping within the EU, without every shipment having to cross the border again. In the USA we store for the US market and US shipping. You decide which item sits at which location, or have it held at several locations.
All locations run on the same inventory system. A sold item reduces stock immediately, a put-away increases it immediately. There's no second set of data for you to reconcile, and no end-of-day processing to wait for.

Advance notice
You register your delivery and enter items, quantities and destination location, so goods-in is prepared.
Goods-in and inspection
We take in the delivery, count, check for damage and record every unit in the system (single-SKU by effort per delivery, mixed deliveries a bit more involved).
Put-away to the storage bin
Each item gets a fixed or dynamic storage bin, in a shelf bin at a fixed monthly rate or on a pallet space at a fixed monthly rate.
Live in the control centre
As soon as the goods are in place, the inventory is available to you and to shipping, visible in real time and per location.
Inventory you can trust
We reach 99.7% inventory accuracy because every storage bin and every movement is scanned. Discrepancies show up immediately, not just at the next stocktake. That way you avoid overselling in your shop and stock shortfalls that block orders.
Billing is transparent: you pay for the space you occupy and the services actually delivered, no minimum volume and no forced term. As your range grows, the occupied space grows with it, and when it shrinks, your storage costs drop too.
Nothing left to gather dust on the shelf
Beyond stock levels, we keep an eye on storage duration and turnover. Slow movers and low-turnover items are visible, so you can decide on promotions or delisting before unnecessary storage costs build up. That keeps warehousing a manageable cost block and not a blind spot.

How are storage costs calculated?
You pay per occupied storage bin and month: a shelf bin has a fixed monthly rate, a pallet space a fixed monthly rate (net, excl. VAT). There's no minimum volume and no fixed term; you're billed for the space actually occupied.
Can I store my goods at several locations?
Yes. You can hold items in Switzerland, in the EU, in the USA or across several locations. Splitting them makes sense if you want to supply both Switzerland and the EU quickly.
How up to date is my inventory?
In real time. Every goods-in and every shipment is booked immediately, so your available inventory per location and item is always correct. There's no delayed end-of-day close.
